Great transportation around the block to the whole city. Spacious and clean rooms!
The room was in the 5th floor and there was a continuous noise (buzzing) during the night, probably from the central aircondition unit at the rooftop
The hotel staff was amazing; always very kind, personal and accommodating; with that of a 5 star hotel.
Location is perfect; last floor of a big house (classic italian) with offices below; fair offer - no mess with unnecessary (over-charged) extra services; in the end more like an apartment than hotel
Someone would dislike the lack of breakfast, but next doors there are the italian 'bars' where you can get italian breakfast (espresso, pastry, juice) for eur 2.50 - for trip to rome this should anyway be part of the experience
The hotel staff was very nice and helpfull-they tried to help in anyway they could.
very polite ansd helping english speaking staff, thanks alot! had our towels changed/room cleaned every day. Very nice room, design and facilities of more than an one star rated hotel. Very good connections to town/sites(bus). Nice neighbourhood with nnice cafe/bars but quite and very safe. Cheap to stay without giving up most of your standards for a room, considering the prices for a hotel in rome (as nice as hotel versailles)
not close to metro station (not for me, as the metro in rome is dirty, and you get to watch all of rome's majestic buildings when going by bus)
The room was modern and clean and the location was central
The owner or manager responsible for the account was unhelpful and rude and denied charging me already for my booking.
Very good Hotel - new and very clean rooms. Defiently recommendable.
The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was nice.
The location is not near Termini. It is a 15 minute solid walk from the station. Just stay at something closer to the train station or closer to the city in general.
At the centre of Rome easy to walk everywhere, nice restaurant in the same street, personal all lovely, polite, helpful, arrived late but someone was there to welcome me. Hotel extra clean and bed sheets changed every day and towels as well plus soap and shampoo. Very quiet. I found my little place to stay when I go to Rome. Miss it already.
It was clean and located close to the Villa Borghese Park and Museum. The neighborhood was safe and had a Kebab place next door with really nice staff there. The owners were knowledgeable about Rome from living there from an early age. Map provided was helpful. Candy at the front desk was really great.
The staff was nice but needed a little encouragement/persistance in order to offer helpful information regarding Rome.
Very friendly, kind and helpful (English speaking) hotel staff. Wi-Fi in the room all the time for free - so you can easly watch evenings films online. Fridge in the room - so you can even prepare your own food or chill a wine. Very very clean room, cleaned every day so well + every day a new towel, shampoo, soap (which is not very common in such small hotels). My room was with the nice kind of balcony (ona the roof). Around the hotel there is good local market (fruits, vegetables + caffe with the best espresso and sandwiches for 1,6 euro for the set!), also very near is the supermarket where you can buy local products (very friendly prices). A lot of buses around to everywhere. I really reccomend this hotel. Very nice and sweet!
We found the Hotel Versailles well placed and quite easily accessible by bus from the main train station. It is close enough to walk to the main station if feeling fit. We also found some good inexpensive restaurants in the streets behind and a wonderful fruit market with many stalls and meats and cheeses. I would liked to have had a kettle to make the cup of tea! The staff were helpful and spoke English which we found relaxing.
The owner was extremely helpful with information on how to get places. Always willing to answer questions. Very friendly. People cleaning the rooms did a great job.
Small showers letting water flood the floors.
It was quite clean and close to a bus station.
Overpriced! We paid too much money for what it really was. The room was very small and extremely noisy as it was facing the main road.
My room was facing the street and the curtain led in a lot of light. I woke up in the middle of the night when the trash collector with a flashing siren came through.
